White Peterson is pleased to announce that effective May 1st, Brian T. O’Bannon, William L. Punkoney became shareholders in the firm. O’Bannon has practiced law at White Peterson for seven years, Punkoney has practiced law at the firm for over five years and Kiiha joined the firm May 1st.
Mr. O’Bannon earned his law degree from Lewis & Clark Law School graduating cum laude in 2008. His practice focuses on government, intellectual property, real estate and business law. He is licensed to practice law in both Idaho and Oregon.
Mr. Punkoney earned his law degree from the University of Idaho College of Law in 2010. His practice focuses on government, real estate, estate planning, business law and civil litigation, including estate litigation and family law. Bill is a member of the Caldwell Chamber Legislative Affairs Committee and a 2012 graduate of the Leadership Nampa program.
Mr. Kiiha earned his law degree from Northern Illinois University in 2000 and his LL.M. in Agriculture from the University of Arkansas in 2003. His practice focuses on government, administrative law, natural resources, criminal defense and general civil litigation. He is a former elected Prosecutor for Valley County. Jay is licensed to practice law in both Idaho and Washington. His practice is based out of the firm’s new McCall office.
